Same camera same settings (720p 60fps). The Wifi bacpac allowed me to mount the camera outside the car on the bumper. Without having to shoot through the windshield the clearity is HD in its self. The nicest thing about the bacpac is the remote, once the camera turns on, the camera is more reponsive. The buttons are easier to press thus going through the menus is a lot easier A few quick flaws with the WiFi bacpac; 1st, when connected to hero 2 auto shutoff seems to be disabled. 2nd, in my opinion when you shut the camera off the bacpac should shut off as well (maybe some complicated option like hold the power button on the remote a second time for 3 seconds) All in all I give it a 9 out of 10 and thats real good for a first try. Next will be a day vs. night(inside, outside car).
